Hello there, Folks(!) and welcome to the day before Guerrilla Gardening Day! In 2009, the Well-Fed Guerrillas met to choose a location and to plan out a crazy survival garden at our local Starbucks. The plans went swimmingly and we were able to make a big change happen overnight. Since then, we have returned several times to the same spot and have continued to create wonderful scenes of color for the visitors to our favorite caffeine dealership. Our efforts have been mentioned in several articles. The fine people at Starbucks at Lakeside have mentioned over and over that people continue to remark on this wonderful spot. When people visit this particular spot in our neighborhood, I want them to come away being wowed! And your work has made that happen! Tomorrow: Bring buckets, plants, top soil or just a great big smile. We'll be ever so glad to see you there.

This Saturday night!!!!!!

We'd like for you to join us once again as we hit the old familiar spot for some updating.

Our green rock has faded, and the mint has taken over. Come along with us, grab a frap. or some other fun beverage and put a hole in the ground.

No potluck ahead of time this year. Sorry. Busy day for us round here.

Saturday night, 7 PM at the old familiar. Bring a plant or just drop one off.

Can't join us? Who needs you?
We do, actually.

But if you can't come to the greatest, dirtiest party all year, then at least do something about your own yard already. Sheesh.

Stick a sunflower in the ground somewhere fun. Send us pictures.

Well, at least we are consistent.

A year? What do you mean a year?

Well, May 1st has happened upon us.

We now have a Facebook page at

We are also planning a Guerrilla Gardening Day event for May 1st. Same location. Simply adding the sunflowers and anything else you want to bring along.
